Boy, I could sure use Lynnie's (now yours) help in doing this. Troutbend has told me how, but I can't seem to get the hang of it. Dang.

Okey dokey, I will write a 'test' post here in a moment or two (just to ensure my memory of what Lynnette told me, has, sunk in), then I will send you an email with the instructions - I advise to either print them or, write them down before you write your post.
It is sooo annoying, when it seems to be difficult - when really, it is quite easy - frustratng!

We love you too Fredo !!!

This is a very old photo of the village in which I live. I live up a hill - just passed the group of bright green trees in the distance.

Read my reply to Lynnette and you will realize my desire to get this photo.

The picture looks like Aberdulais, but I could be wrong. Glad you got to figure out how to ujpload pictures, it's not that hard is it lol

Okey dokey, that's no problem - I can well understand. Just 'remind me', when I come up next (or rather 'down')

I've seen that picture before, I know I have; probably in one of those old Neath of Yesteryear books I got! I know you want to have a snoop at them, but they belong to Rogers dad. You might have to come over to see them here as Roger won't lend nothing out that don't belong to him.

Once you started explaining on the phone, it rang a few bells - I knew, I had done it before in the past, manyyyyy moons ago. Try as I may, could not remember how I did it though! Thanx again babe
Yes, it is Aberdulais, we are looking towards Fforest Hil. The first shop you see (Llewellwen's)is what 'we' know as 'London House' - this i where apparently, my 'great grandmother' was in service at the age of 6 years old! She ran away from here and went back to Seven Sisters, but her mother promptly returned her I wonder if it was in this 'shop' that she worked? Ihave searched and searched, for a picture of this - well happy now
Have you noticed how the building by the Aberdulais Falls is still as it was then? Shame that they didn't get the 'Rock' in the photo
I wonder who these people were . . .
