I am feeling a bit off colour because of a touch of 'flu, but I am improved on 'yesterday'

I have said so many time in the past to different people - you too most probably lol. I am in awe, of the vast climate and landscape differences there are on your continent, you are so fortunate!
I don't think you can beat, the place which is your home - the mountain photos you have taken and posted are 'wondrous'.

My 'aorta' has been diagnosed as 'disected' since 2007. It is vital for me to control my blood pressure or I will drop dead (via either a massive heart attack or choking - personally, I hope it is a cardiac lol).
I have had, to learn to keep 'calm' - no matter what happens. If a 'situation' arises - I have, to let it go above my head.
It is very hard to get to grips with learning 'how to handle' things, but, I had to - and further more 'you' can too. I have always been a placid person, but at the same time, if, something turned up and really annoyed me - basically 'look out', this is a side of me, that I have had to 'control'.
Now, I am fairly confident in tackling 'life', I suppose you would call it - and I know you can do it to - there is nothing, that is more important than keeping your stress levels wayyyyyy down!

It most definitely falls into a very, interesting time period! I love medieval!!

You have to get a buzz when DH shows off your work to his fellow members and when they eat your lemon loaf, which as it happens, sounds delicious

I agree, it is sooo hard to treat animals and little 'uns when they are unable to let us know exactly, what is ailing them - and nerve wracking too!
I bet it was a little un-settling when you had that message to keep your doors locked last night! I am glad that you now know what had been going on, but it is sad to know what it actually was about.
