Enjoy Florida!! (says she, 'green' with envy) Have a great time
Foxes are beautiful animals - even when they are a bit annoyed I am pleased that 'Fox hunting' has been banned here (the government made a wise choice in that matter, fair play)! I hope Randy gets the computer problems sorted out soon - so annoying, when that happens (I would be totally lost, without access to MyBloggers)!
I don't know too much about baseball (sorry), so I can't comment on that. I love the pic of the red Squirrel though, adorable - so reminds me of Beatrix Potter.
'Somewhere' (don't ask me where exactly lol), in the UK, there is a couple who decided to really, put the 'green' into green living! They made a wooden structure out of the nearby wood they decided to live in, roofed it with turf - I think the outside walls also had turf. The interior, was so comfy! All objects made from whatever they could use from their surroundings. I suppose you cold say it was a modern 'take' on the saxon 'round house'. I don't know, if I could truthfully, say I would do this, as I am a litle wary of insects and the like - I don't dislike or get frightened of them, just don't want them joining me in my sleep . . . . .
Amazing stuff - makes you realize that we (mankind) can never be in total control of things. Quite frightening, I suppose . . .
I can't blame the sister in yelling at the guy - I would have probably been the same (t.v camera or not ). He is a psycho - hope he gets his 'come-uppance'.
I would love to be able to see this show. I love the westerns! It must be a great atmosphere there, one of hope and expectations and sheep pleasure too.
Fabulous landscape and it looks so right hanging there - both forms of art work bring out the best of each other - brilliantly!
It was so fortunate that Daniel was there at that time. What strikes me a bit, is that if something 'similar', had happened 'over here', I doubt if the UK press (or, tv media) would have mentioned the fact that he was 'Gay' either. This, would be because we 'accept' homosexuality and don't need to be 'informed' as whether a person is or is not married - be it to a same sex person or not. One day, your country will, be like us in that way. The sooner the better, too.
You go gettum girl
Love them, Love them Love them - they are soooo - 'me' . . .
These are excellent movies! I saw 'A Lion in Winter' at the movie theatre (we call it 'the pictures' lol). That film, I remember even encapsulated the 'chilliness' of interior of the castle - which it had to be - probably blinking freeezzzzzing lol. Mary Queen of Scots I watched on the t.v. - fabulous film (Glenda Jackson, I swear, is the reincarnation, of Elizabeth)! I have always felt a tad sorry, for Mary. I watched a documentary about the monarchy and a disease called 'Porphyria'. It was a disease which King George 111 had. In this documentary, it showed that as it is another 'hereditery' disease, many of the past monarchs may have also suffered from it - Mary may have been a good contender for this, as she showed very similar symptoms, as recorded by her physicians. The two movies you chose are exact in the history of the monarchy
