Ohhhhh.... I sure wish that was my body!!!!!

Okay, I got my daily prescribed dose of sunlight today and it felt ohhhh soooo gooood!!! I closed my eyes and it felt like the beach but the sounds were of wind blowing through pine and juniper trees. No waves crashing on the beach. :o(

I am really low on Vitamin D and so I am following the doctor's orders and also the orders of fredo and JR. I'm also taking a Vitamin D3 supplement. I think I'm going to really enjoy this soaking up of sun. Just hope the sun comes back around tomorrow.

p.s. They (whoever they is) reports that one in four over the age of 60 are low in vitamin D and this leads to an increase in cancer, heart disease, periphial artery disease, etc. Not good.
