I like what you wrote.... "I follow a 8-8-8 plan: 8 hours of sleep, 8 hours of sitting (reading, TV, eating, etc.), 8 hours of being on my feet (chores, hobbies, exercise). Seems to work for me." Makes good sense and seems more in balance. Hey how did you know I put on a few lbs. since 2 of my neighbors have passed away. They were my "exercise" walking/helping them. I did just receive my art supplies..so time will fly now! Enjoy these 8 hours.
I love the Food Networks. Mario in the beginning of his series talked so much about the different places in Italy. I learned so much from him. I learned from the other shows that's it's OK to be creative, make changes, they gave me confidence and my hubby and son will be the first to chose my cooking, simple and tasty to dinning out. I will not cook a turkey whole, it's way too big, feels like some kind of weirdness to stick something that big in an oven to eat it! Last week we just picked up a pre-cooked, still warm 1/2 breast so when we came home I added some yams and it was a done deal. On Glutton Day, I love that..anyway, we are planning to order a pizza, and Asian Wings, play games, watch some DVD's and enjoy being at home with each other.

Nov.24 Since you know how blogster worked, have you seen their new changes as of 11/22/08? I've kept blogster and also blog here. I consistently get 100-200 hits a day at blogster, and here 30-40 a day, why the difference? I'll even do the same post..inspirational w/photos at both, to check what people want to read. At blogster, I'll maybe get 3-4 comments on posts a day, yet hundreds of hits/ So folks are coming reading and that's great. So you figure out how and why that happens and you'll make some changes. I would not pay to post.
Interesting is my weeks forecast. And if any of you blog over at blogster...with the NEW changes...this fits so perfect with my blog over there!!! Big changes are in the works.
