With a Full Moon it is not surprising people will have dreams that are more intense. Yet understanding the dream is complex. Our dreams are our way of working through our mental stress. Dreams can be precognitive..helping us to be prepared for what is coming our way.
Some dreams relate to our physical health, telling us we caught a "bug."
There are now several, to say the least, books..web-pages about dreams.
I have worked with my dreams for over 30 years. I don't always understand what they mean either.
All I can suggest is to get a good book of symbols.
I have 2 different ones that are good for symbols in dreams and also a way of learning about different aspects and cultural interpretations.
