We are a rare breed--even among Leapers I am rare because I do not/won't/ refuse to celebrate any day except February 29--that's the day I was born on! No, not the day after March 1 or the day before February 28, besides it gives you 4 years to save up for my present and being the nice guy I am I will give a gift suggestion list the closer we get to Saturday, February 29, 2020!
