Fascinated by the earthworm question. Human seems to remember in college biology that they reproduce by shedding their sheaths or something, so maybe the adults don't survive but more baby worms appear after the thaw. Or not. Who knows?

And (if you're using $!$#)*^ Windows), click the time in the bar at the bottom of the screen and a calendar will come up. Click on the arrows on either side of the month and it will show you whichever month you're interested in.

Maybe the library needs a volunteer a couple of hours a week? Maybe, if you know her schedule, it just so happens that you're available to volunteer when she's working? Then if things don't work out, just have a change of circumstances.
