I'm feeling quite up-beat today, even if I am still very tired. I have learned that a lack of vitamin B1 can cause some of the symptoms that I have at the moment. I have bought a course of multi vits and hope they do something good for me.

Today it feels as if spring is putting up a strong fight to become the dominant season. I am so glad for that. The sky outside is a beautiful blue, and there is a clean freshness in the air. The daffodils are just starting to produce a flower head. I doubt if they will be out in time for ST Davids day next week.

I have had two very nice, and healthy meals today, and I had the kids tea's ready by the time they came home from school.

The only draw back to my mood is that with this glorious weather I really miss not having a dog. I have scoured the adds and found a number of likely candidates as Bob's replacement, and have even had the "big chief" say behind gritted teeth that If I want a dog I can have one. BUT I don't know if I do really want one? Can I truly be hassled with house training a puppy, finding chewed up shoes and toys, Hair blowing around like tumble weed out in the wild west, doggy smells in my nice fresh smelling house, and poo to clean up outside! I guess the answer is no, really.
