To the questions you have for me about where the heck I keep running off to...

1. Still here

2. Work too much

3. On a diet...again

4. Walking a couple of miles a day now after foot surgery.

5. hopefully going to do something different this summer.

6. have papers to grade.

7. the dogs are doing great.

8. amazing how time flies.

Well, that should do it...later.

I love the picture. It is perfect for a Sunday afternoon. I am back on a diet, too! So far, so good. I have gotten about halfway to my goal weight again.

Forevver! Having foot surgery and not exercising for three months was a pain now I'm back and working out on a consistent basis. Gained some because of inactivity, but I'm so much more disciplined now.
