Strangers in the Night

I went to bed last night around 11 pm. When I went to walk spike this morning I found these on my door step with no card.

I think it's probably the cookie monster since he just returned from Europe. But there was no card. I am not contacting him until tomorrow, since there was no card I am hoping that whoever will reveal themselves.

If it is Cookie Monster and he brings up the flowers, I say play stupid and not know what he's talking about. The more energy you give him the more he will stick around to try and drain it all out of you.
