It seems that summer is finally here. It was like cold and rainy and spring for EVER. And we woke up and now summer is here. Although Kristyln3 and I were arguing about this fact. I decided that summer has officially begun. It's my party and I will not cry cause I don't want to.
Anywho... it's been tumultuous over the last few days trying to ease into life without Navy D here. I was in lovely Orlando, FL which was a pleasant distraction for the first 4 days of our parting... Our meeting planner got sick with strep throat, so I am hoping that I do not get to share in this. She was quaruntined to her room for 3 days. So I got to play meeting planner assistant for the week. This was better than my usual duty of sitting in a booth and having people staring at me.
It seems that kristylyn3 (sp sorry love!) and I are diet soulmates. Tomorrow she starts her diet and I start my exercising. I updated my spark people pages... and I am hoping to actually find motivation. Now that the source of eating out incessantly is gone off to KY it's time to focus on being healthy. That and the work travel is over. What's my plan? Exercise 3-4 mornings a week before work. Spike is a sleeper so he won't mind me going off for a 30 minute run/walk on the treadmill. This in addition to watching my calories via spark people for now, and possibly ww later, should help me lose some weight.
In any event it's about being healthy and at peace with myself, since I have 3 really expensive pairs of pants that don't fit anymore. This is not good in my mind, so I am going to exercise and watch my food and see what happens!
