I have had what I fondly have been referring to as "crack eyes." Now, keep in mind I have never been on crack nor do I intend to take that path. However, my eyes appear to me as if I am on some sort of "better living" through chemistry. I am not. Clearly, I am high on life.
So this afternoon I am planning to finally go to an opthamologist (sp?) to eliminate this problem. It's been effecting my vision, and generally zero fun. So I am looking forward to getting things worked out.
Today is also the third day of eating better. I have started a new diet and hope to lose a seriously significant amount of weight. I am trying to make a real investment in it and ensure that I am successful. So far, so good. I will keep you posted as the progress continues..
The dating scene has been pretty blah. Haven't gone out with anyone lately, and don't have any dates lined up. Am I concerned about it? Not at all. Good things come to those who wait. This weekend Kristylyn and I are going to volunteer to help animals get adopted. I am hoping my husband comes. Hehe. Although I would have to talk him out of adopting my dog because Spike is a one dog household. My mother and I got into a great discussion about this. She was like what are you going to do if a dude has a dog. I was like it's a deal breaker. I obviously didn't tell her about the first date with this guy named M who had a dog.
After the dog adoption day, we're going to come back to Kristylyn's house. I have to go spend a few hours with the Spiker. Then I head back in my PJ's to have a nice fun Saturday wine night. Whoo! It's the little things in life that keep you going.
Work seems to be going better. I got some rocking new cover concepts that were well recieved by the people here. I am starting to get lots to do and make some progress. I am quite excited. Anywho. Hope you're all doing well.
