Congrats, sweetie! You are conquering your lifestyle change and getting someone to investigate the butcher for all those poor animals out there. Today is a good day! so proud!
Good Luck, sweetie! check out dottie's weight loss zone on the web. She has all the ww points for most every restaurant. It's all about finding what works for you. And finding exercise that you enjoy. I'm so happy that you are taking this time to focus on making a healthier and happier you while Navy D is away!
Me? I'm running tomorrow, heading over to TBD's to make my special goat cheese & sundried tomato pasta for dinner followed by going to the theater to see Ironman. And spinning on Sunday with Beks who got the greenlight from the baby doctor to start working out again.
Overall a great weekend I think!
I'm just about to start my weekend. I got a surprise lunch date with TBD today. We met up for lunch at my favorite cheese shop for salads and sandwiches. It was nice and the girls teased me that it was bordering on boyfriend territory. LOL
Have a wonderful weekend, Kristilyn!!!
Oh, I know the 2am - 7am sleep schedule all too well. Even though I got sleep, I could really use a nap right now myself. Sounds like a great weekend - nothing planned except to earn some extra dough. And a possible wine festival? Sounds lovely.
I'm so proud of you! Keep talking yourself into it! And do workouts that make you happy and feel good. Plus Weight Training is great for your bone density - make sure you are taking your calcium to get the full benefits!!!
Good for you! It's important to find what works for you because it's different for all of us. I heard there was a WW online plan that's cheaper but then you don't go in for weigh-ins. Love that it's a Sunshine Day for you again! Crossing fingers on the sanctuary volunteer app!
You're right! You deserve it all!!!
Wow, wh0re called you? That's when I knew that things were about to turn around for MMBB. I hope this is going to be the start of a great life for Jor!!! You are Super Aunt. And one day soon you will be Super Mom, too!
We know you are in a rut and that you will pull out of it soon. We're a patient bunch... cause we've all been there too!
I hear ya, sweetie. I want a paid in full vacation too... but I'll settle for more 3 day weekends. Hang in there!
The first bit of weightloss takes time. You just have to keep pushing through even if you don't see results. That's the hardest part about losing weight - seeing results so you won't give up. DON'T GIVE UP ON YOURSELF!
Sorry I haven't sent you those workout DVDs. I can't seem to find the time to get to the post office.
But I am proud of you for picking a gym that offers classes at times that work for you. And spinning, ya'know how I feel about spinning. Just remember that you don't have to do anything but peddle in your first class. That's it. Just peddle! The rest will follow as you get stronger. Bring water and a towel. And don't wear long pants that will get caught in the peddles.
You go spin, Girl!
These are beautiful, Jondude! "Nebraska Red Wheat" - I love the textures and the azure sky "San Gimignano Moonscape" - so very Vincent, this one "Welsh Meadow Pond" - makes me feel very calm and peaceful
I say go for it!
Sorry, Sweets! I'm happy that you two shared a wonderful weekend together. And this may not be the end, so dry your tears.
