(we both gave this recipe 5 stars...it was really ONO!)
Makes 2-4 servings.
4 ears fresh corn (we used Kahuku corn)
2 cups thick Almond Milk (we used hempmilk)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 green onions, chopped to the top
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin seed
Sun-dried sea salt to taste
Saw fresh corn kernels from the cobs. In a blender or food processor, pulse corn, almond milk, garlic, green onions, cilantro, & cumin seed until mixed but not smooth. Season with sea salt to taste. Warm gently over low heat.
