Walk Hard: the Dewey Cox Story

John C. Reilly stars as fictional pop star Dewey Cox in this parody of the increasingly predictable rags-to-riches music biopic. On his hard-knocks journey toward stardom, Dewey crosses paths with the likes of Elvis, Buddy Holly and the Beatles. Before long, Dewey is writing hits, making women swoon and doing food endorsements -- in between over-the-top moments of silliness, which producers Jake Kasdan and Judd Apatow are so adept at creating.

4 stars. I thought this was pretty funny. Did have some weird moments but all in all I enjoyed it and had a lot of good laughs.

haven't seen it yet, it was between Meet the Spartans and that one for our comedy pick this weekend. Sadly Spartans won, and I didn't laugh once.

I've seen advertisments for this one, but haven't watched it. I watched P.S. I love you this weekend with Hillary Swank..and cried all the way thru it.
