Sleepy Hollow

New York detective Ichabod Crane (Johnny Depp) is sent to Sleepy Hollow to investigate a series of mysterious deaths in which the victims are found beheaded. 5 stars. Great acting, good story (even though it didn't match the original), dark and creepy! Great Mystery!

I thought they did a great job with telling the story. They changed a few things that were core to the story, but I enjoyed it so much that I didn't really care.
