Makes 2-4 servings.
This is a classic salad.
1 head red oak leaf lettuce, torn
3 tablespoons organic extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sun-dried sea salt
2 mandarin oranges or tangerines, peeled & sectioned
1 cup chopped walnuts
In a salad bowl, toss all ingredients until well coated.

flavors didn't really dance on our tongues like some of the other raw food recipes. Really needed more to bulk it up & make it more satisfying.
