6 red apples (Fuji, Red Delicious, Braeburn, etc) (the first time I made this i just used whatever I had - 1 yellow, 1 fuji, & 4 granny smith...came out just fine)
1 2-inch piece fresh ginger
1 lemon, peeled
pinch cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
pinch sea salt
If the apples are organic, do not remove the seeds. Cut into slices that will fit through the juicer. Cut lemon into quarters & remove any seeds.
Juice apples, ginger, & lemon together. Combine, & stir in cinnamon, nutmeg, & sea salt.
