5. Taking Liberties - Frasier is delighted to hire a charming, English butler, who caters to his every whim. 4.5 stars.

6. Legal Tender Love and Care - Frasier starts dating the lawyer who is defending Daphne and him against Donny's lawsuit. At the same time Donny tells everyone he's getting married and Daphne fears he's on the rebound. 3.75 stars (Dale-4, David-3.5)

7. The New Friend - Frasier makes friends with Roz's new boyfriend, but must keep their friendship a secret when he and Roz break up. 4 stars.

9. Frasier's Edge - Frasier is delighted to learn that he's going to receive a lifetime achievement award at the upcoming Seattle Broadcasting Awards dinner. However, upon receiving flowers from his old Harvard mentor, Frasier begins to wonder if he truly feels fulfilled. 4 stars (Dale-3.5, David-4.5)

10. Cranes Unplugged - Freddy returns and Frasier takes him and Martin on a camping trip. 4 stars.

11. Motor Skills - Frasier and Niles decide to enter an auto repair class after they embarrass themselves in front of their dates when their car breaks down. 4.25 stars (Dale-4.5, David-4).

12. The Show Must Go Off - Niles and Frasier see one of their favorite actors at a Sci-Fi convention and decide to hire him for a play they are producing. 3.63 stars (Dale-3.5, David-3.75)

13. Sliding Frasiers - Two different scenarios of Frasier's Valentine's Day unfold: in the first he meets a beautiful artist; in the second he stays home alone. Meanwhile, Niles and Daphne either intend to fly to Cancun or to stay home because of Niles' allergies. 5 stars.

14. Hungry Heart - Frasier intercedes to save station manager Kenny's marriage. Meanwhile Daphne decides to get help for her weight problem. 4.5 stars (Dale-5, David-4)

15. Hooping Cranes - Frasier, Niles and Martin go to a Supersonics game, where Niles gets to make a half-court shot during halftime. 4.5 stars (Dale-4, David-5)

16. Docu.Drama - Roz and Frasier can't handle their reversal of roles when Roz hires Frasier to narrate a space documentary she's producing. 3.75 stars (Dale-3.5, David-4)

17. It Takes Two to Tangle - Frasier and Niles look for a wealthy patron to donate money to their closing prep school. When Martin begins to date a rich socialite, the brothers believe their dilemma is solved. 3.75 stars (Dale-3.5, David-4)

18. Forgotten But Not Gone - When Frasier lands a segment on Gil's gastronomic show, a war of the wines rages between him and Niles as Niles takes over presidential duties of their wine club. Meanwhile, Martin's new physical therapist proves to be pretty tough. 4.63 stars (Dale-4.25, David-5)

19. Daphne Returns - Daphne returns with a surprising explanation for her recent weight gain. Meanwhile, Roz writes a children's book based on a story her mother used to tell her. 5 stars.

20. The Wizard and Roz - Frasier catches his mentor in a bathrobe with Roz. Niles doesn't believe Daphne is psychic, so she calls a spookologist. 4 stars.

21. & 22. Semi-Decent Proposal (1) & A Passing Fancy (2)- (1) Frasier takes interest in a charming woman named Claire, who he meets in a store line. However, Claire turns out to be a friend of Lana's, and in order to spend time with her, Frasier must escort Lana to her surprise birthday party. (2) Lana promises to set up Frasier with Claire if he tutors Kirby, Lana's teenage son. Kirby agrees to study hard if Frasier can get him a date with Roz. 4 stars.

23. A Day in May - Niles becomes jealous when Daphne meets a dog lover. Lana becomes interested in Frasier when she tries to close a house sale. Martin meets a mystery woman. 4.13 stars (Dale-3.75, David-4.5)

24. Cranes Go Caribbean - Frasier is horrified when he learns Martin, Niles and Daphne are going to accompany him on his trip to Belize with Claire. 4.13 stars (Dale-4.75, David-3.5)
