Yes,Dale I see this a lot here in this state.The parents are so rude. Not the children fault but them.When I see a woman smoking and carry a small baby in her arm want to sort of yell at her and put that out. But it is not my business.Feel sorry for the children and babies. We have a lot or rude people and they suck.
