I just got back from a presentation by Brother Noland, a Hawaiian musician. He was talking about 'Ano & Aloha. 'Ano is defined as: How you treat people.

Brother Noland talked about how we needed to regreet ourselves to the natural world and that we have two ways to go: endarkened or enlightment. So when you wake up do you want to be a blessing or a burden to yourself or others? The people of Butan decided that what was most important was the Gross National Happiness NOT the Gross National Product like in America. We should all look at ourselves and work on our happiness. Who were and are your models & mentors? Who influences you? Liberate yourself. No one culture as all the answers and you should open yourself up.

Break the cycles in your life...look at yourself and work on your body so it harmonizes with your heart & mind. Humble yourself to coexist with everyone else. Turn your imagination into imaginaction. If it needs to be done...don't grumble...just do it. (I gotta work on that one bad)
