Eight vegetables in a delicious & flavorful juice make a true V-8. Excellent for an afternoon boost.
2.5 stars...but we plan to tweek the recipe in hopes to improve the score. We didn't like the beet but think replaced with a few more stalks of celery or maybe even a turnip.
4 carrots
3 celery stalks
2 kale leaves
2 tomatoes
1 cucumber, unpeeled
1 small beet
1/2 cup loose parsley, stems included
1 clove garlic
Juice all vegetables. Drink immediately.
