I'm sorry you have to deal with that shiit. And on a daily basis. I sit next to two admins and all they do all day long is run around and do everyone else's shiit. It's crazy. One of the Important People gets out of their plush office, walks down to them, and asks them to call someone. Are you fuucking serious? IN the time it took you, IP, to walk down tot he admin, you could've been off the phone already!
I shake my head a lot around here and I don't have to do it so I can *only* imagine your frustration.
