I know a girl at my high school who had a butt implant. I think this plastic surgery thing with gay guys happens more in places like LA since many of them work as models, actors, etc, and must have killer bodies when they take off their clothes for work. I'd never have plastic surgery unless it was absolutely necessary...like I had a big scar on my face or something.
