Very cool rock sculptures! You've got an interesting thing going on there...keep it up!
Glad to hear Buffy's appointment/procedure went well. I'm sure he'll be his old self soon!
Sorry to hear about your mother-in-law's passing. That is never easy. The photos are great. Amsterdam is gorgeous!
That's going to be painful to remove
Oprah had the Sex and the City ladies on her show recently and out of the blue Oprah basically "outed" Cynthia to the audience. You could tell there were quite a few surprised people in the audience. She was really cool about it though and didn't deny it at all. In fact, Cynthia and the other ladies in the cast seemed very supportive of her. There was that one episode of SATC where Miranda's boss thought she was a lesbian...she was always my favorite cast member. I can't wait to see the new movie.
Ignorance, fear, hate, and stupidity will always be with us until young children are educated not to fear or view us as the enemy or an easy target. It's sickening how often this still happens in 2008! I think every LGBT person should take some sort of self defense class. I'm not saying we should meet these bastards on their level, but we also shouldn't play the victim.
Good luck with whatever decision you make -- I'm sure you'll put a lot of thought into it. [THUMBSUP]
Nice you were able to celebrate Mothers Day with your Mom. I'm sure it meant a lot to her. That sucks about the blisters. I bought new running shoes a few weeks ago and they're still killing my feet. Unfortunately I can't return them since I've already ran in them. I just have to tough up and break them in. But anyway, hope your infection on your heel heals up -- take care of them feet!
Jolie looks tuckered out in that photo It's great she had a good physical.
Great pics! The buff buffalo (bison?) is gorgeous. I received a zoo pass this year and I plan to use it.
That photo makes me want to dive right in through my screen...looks delicious! I love spinach and anything with ricotta. Glad you enjoyed yourself!!
He's purty. How about Blue? I know not very unique. Hmmm...
Interesting looking beans -- very colorful! I ate Edamame at a Japanese restaurant once and apparently you're only supposed to eat the bean. Well, I ended up putting the entire thing into my mouth and my Dad made me eat it. Nasty.
Wonderful post...thanks "My stories from a secret road" - that could be the title of a book or memoir you and your daughter could write together.
You've got an interesting thing going on there...keep it up!
