My son and his newly wed wife is coming to
dinner tonight.
This is the last hopefully bday dinner.
He has gone back to work since his surgery.
Doing fine and things looks good at this point.
This is Curt Third Wife.
We are having stuffed shells,see photo above.
Green salad and Italian bread.
Mel is having a glass of wine and Curt is having
Pepsi.He is not a drinker thanks goodness for that.
I made a wonderful Swedish Apple Pie and this
is the best that I made.
With out without ice cream.
Both of these guys are on a diet.
They have lost a lot of weight.
Wait till they find out whats for dinner.
Told Mike who is doing the cooking,you better
ask how many shells that they want.
The shells are filled with spinach and low fat
ricotta cheese with tomato sauce pour over it.
Springle with more cheese.
If they seemed that they would not eat this.
We have cerals with fruit,yogurt etc.
They will not leave here hungry.
But do find some humor in this.
I am not too fond of his new wife.
She is a big flake.LOL
You know the giddy kind.
She always greet me with a hug and hello Dad
Right,what can I do?Go along with the flow.
Have to put on a happy face for my kid.
Will tell you more on this tomorrow.
Not tomorrow but Monday.
Sunday is my day off from blogging.
