This wet weather can sure put a damper on things, but the good news the sun will be back on Friday with a sunny week-end coming up.Nice to see D.H in the picture, even Angel didn't take advantage and lay on your beautiful knitting.Good luck next week-end, hope the customers are back in droves.
Must be cat heaven. Do they put them up for adoption?
Your pictures of the moon are amazing, I forgot to watch it last night, but will remember tonight. Thanks for sending the pictures.
Good to see your still keeping busy. I'm having a lot of problems with my knitting even simple things like socks and slippers. Maybe I should retire.
Sounds like a very big project you've got lined up for your new spinning wheel, but I know you will enjoy every minute of it. It will be a work of art, and I hope you will keep us posted on every step of the way.
I have one pair of old walking shoes TENDER TOOTIES which I think were made for old ladies, but try and find a pair in the stores is like searching for hens teeth, very few stores carry them, and when they do they are dress shoes. I've tried Sears, I guess the next place would be Walmart.
I did not use an obscene word or a swear word for cats. I don't know why they deleted it.
Good one's of the ##### cats Margaret, very funny.
Thanks for the gorgeous pictures Margaret, aren't we lucky to be living in such a beautiful part of the Country.
None of those Pooches look very happy to be wearing those costumes, but they are funny. I hope they got some treats for their co-operation, and yes! it would liven things up to let a cat stroll by.
The Adult truths were a gem, I could relate to quite a few of them especially #19, and many of them gave me a few guffaws & chuckles. Thanks
I notice the Red Maples are extra beautiful this Fall, one of my favourite trees, and so nice it is where you can enjoy it. I have a japanese maple but it does get tall and impressive, it was only a twig when I bought it many years ago.
I think I'll forget the socks and knit some Indian slippers for the Seniors Craft Fair, it will be faster and they do look cozy.
I wish I could help with the spinning, but practise is the only way I know. Some days are easier than others, and some wools are easier to spin. I would say you do very well considering your able to spin dog-hair, which is certainly more difficult than sheep.
I see you still have your sense of humor-----chuckle!! chuckle!!
