Glad you survived! I'm with you, I don't know how people can sign on for another round of parenting. We barely survived the first round! Well, actually, I'm not even done with the first round yet, but with five kids, I feel like I've done my part.

I've got something invasive sprouting up all over this yard, too. It's always something!

I've always wished my husband would grow his hair long, at least shoulder length. He has the most beautiful hair, with just the nicest wave to it. Sadly, he's way too conservative for that.

You know, they said they didn't have the money for a "prolonged strike". Perhaps there was another option that would have prevented the strike altogether.

That's a beautiful portrait... and everyone looks so happy! I'm so sorry about your sad news.

How amazing that you still had that matchbook! I like going to restaurants for steak because I've never been able to cook them right. Too dry. Not that we eat them much anyway, but when we do, it might as well be a good one, right?

It's like that everywhere that tribal people get a bonus, including Oregon and Alaska. The check goes for cars and very little else. Oh well. It's their prerogative. Hawaii has a deal where native people get land and houses. A better deal if you ask me.
