Poor Lt. Deena Shan can't seem to do anything right. She joined up with the Rebel Alliance with the hopes of being successful, but everything she does seems to go wrong. She is seriously considering the possibility of giving up and quitting the Rebellion before she actually gets someone hurt.

Her plans run amuck when the Rebels learn that they are have an opportunity at a major strike against the Empire when the learn the location of a major fueling hub. Deena is assigned to join the mission that is going to take out the station, and (hopefully) a number of vessels docked at it.

As is usual for our heroes, things go terribly wrong and Princess Leia and Luke Skywalker are captured. It falls to Deena to be the person to save not only two of the Rebellions most important heroes, but also most of the rest of the team. Will Deena be up to the challenge?

I thought this was the best of the volumes connected to the series. It was full of action and character development. Unfortunately, it also appears to be the last of the series.
