I thought this is something that would be interesting to post. It is an issue that a lot of liraries are confronted with since we try to have balance in the collection. What is interesting is tha tthe mother seems to have mistaken a subject-related booklist of titles with gay themes as being all of the books in the teen collection. So, there are a lot more topics covered in the collection.

It seems like the town of West Bend still has to sort out how it is going to deal with the controversy since the two previously scheduled meetings have had to big of a crowd attned to allow the meetings to continue because of fire codes.
