This is not a rant, just an explanation of what’s been going on with me. I’m not complaining. I’m doing pretty well for an 83 year-old.
In October I fell and broke my right ankle. They put a brace on it so I couldn’t move it, therefore I couldn’t drive, had to depend on some-one to take me where ever went.
Next I had a skin cancer removed on my right arm. It had spread so much they had to cut 4 inches up my arm to get it all.
Now I have osteomyelitis in my left foot. I’m having infusions twice a day of antibiotics. I’m hoping when I go back the 8th they will take me off them, been on it for 6 weeks.
All in all I’ve been to the ER four times and the doctor twice.
So to make a long story short, I haven’t had much ambition so I have been neglecting my blogging. I do read a few post and comment.
I’m not looking for sympathy, just letting you all know what has been going on (or not).
