Put the 10 commandments on your refrigerator. The brain is the most important part of a person’s body! What you think will be your reality. Throw away the negative things of your past and decide to be happy. Stay away from people that bring you down. Use the basic laws of nature. Treat your body right. Eat the right food. Sleep at least 8 hours and make a choice to live a normal life. Make sure you have a job or something to keep you occupied that is meaningful. Visualize the life that you want. Seriously, if you put it on your priority list, you can build the life that you want. Plan for the future: get your life organized. You are worthy of a fulfilling life.
