One more item:
It is Memorial Day weekend in the USA. It is the time we remember those who have given everything they had for their families, neighbors and countrymen and women.
I remember the names. I remember the faces. They never go away.
I remember the body bags and they are there sometimes when I dream in sleep.
I need no little flags to remember.
I only need to recall the horror of it all and how we couldn't come to terms with it when it happened to one of us, one of our company, our band of brothers.
May they rest in peace and never leave our memories.
