Thankful for the fact that my 2nd ex is 2800 miles away in Long Beach CA. I can imagine the pain and sympathize with you.
He is probably on vacation, or visiting family.

The insurance companies do that. In CA they did it to my Mom when we lived there. They have a huge campaign to get people to sign up. Then, a year or two later they cancel the plans and leave the state. This is, of course, after they have made a cash killing, a great deal of which is actually Federal money for offering the plans in the first place. The worse one was a company called "Scan." They did it twice.
I am saving this and printing it so I never ever lose it.
I have been watching it. I never miss anything by Ken Burns. The Dust Bowl years must have been awful.I have nothing but respect for the people they called "Okies"and can't imagine the hardships they endured.
