That sucks about the license. Never had one myself but I know it's more difficult to give it up!

True. So tell us some stories and post some pictures of Aussie neighborhoods. What I see on the Drain Addict channel on youtube is very interesting. We don't have drains like that around here. Some houses are built on high ground with very narrow alleys on both sides. Then the neighbors house if 5 meters lower right next door. Some people are real slobs too. I suppose we have that in areas in cities here but OMG, it is gross.

You probably have a For Sale in Fort Lauderdale page on facebook where you can sell it or give it away.

Joan thought you might evacuate but I knew your stand your ground!

2:15 PM on Friday and still no call. It really doesn't look that bad tho. If Joe wins one I think it's over. He needs 6 electors.
We lost power for six days the first year I owned this house. Electric company gave out dry ice after a few days. So when I updated the electric in the house that all and had the house wired to plug the generator into the house outside. The gen has to be run once a month under load to keep the stator fresh and boil off any moisture. Except for a few plackouts that lasted an hour or three I haven't needed the gen. But it's nice to have as long as there always good gas on hand.
Amazon sells small solar charges for phones and power banks. Probably not much good during an ice storm but also good to have on hand. They do work under cloudy conditions these days.

Stay confident! Honesty usually wins out in this country.

I was disappointed this morning that there was no Blue Wave. I figured for sure Dems could take the Senate. What's more disappointing is the realization that I will have to share the country with idiots for the rest of my life!

Hey mate! Started watching Drain Addict on Youtube. Get to see some Aussie architecture and how people take care of their property. Only Sidney, so I'm sure other parts are interesting in their own way.

Except for Mrs Masel I haven't gotten into any of the Netflix, Amazon, etc originals. Seems as tho if it doesn't have a time slot I don't get around to watching. I'm still on season three of Masel and if anything recorded doesn't keep my attention I either go to the next video in Youtube of fall asleep. I guess the online world has left me in the dust with the dinosaurs.

Wine is supposed to be healthy for some reason. But no matter, it's fruit so it can't be bad. The New York State throughway was supposed to be like your road when it was paid off. Nope, not a chance! Politicians can bare to give up income that they already have. Much like the rest of us! I can't believe you call 40 cold. We've been there since most of September although it hit 70 a few times this week. Leaves are all over the place but as long as it's seasonably pleasant outside that's where I prefer to be during the day!
People are becoming complacent about Covid and if Donna didn't keep me in line I'd be the same way Chris Christy survived six days in ICU and has learned his lesson. Too bat t'rumpers don't respect him enough to follow his lead.

I had fogging problems with my "indoor" chinezium glasses so I bought real glass locally. Big bucks, but very narrow top to bottom so no fogging! Woof!

Maybe they go back to the local fast food parking lot and wait for handouts!

That's about how many I got all summer from 11 outdoor plants. You have the touch. Peppers are supposed to be tougher than tomatoes and the rest to grow.
