Of late, I've been longing for formal study. I recently acquired my Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and it's just not enough. The online programs are available from many universities, but I loath that approach. The classroom is more my style. Unfortunately, most degrees obtained in Mexico are of little or no value in the United States. I chafe daily under the desire to further my education and learn new things. Despite what many people think, the internet is NOT the place to learn much of anything of value, as the sources and resources are difficult to vet. What to do? I'm pondering it. The result may be an online degree, but I'm not sure how many places even recognize that kind of study. It always seemed to be the cheater's way out of genuine hard work and learning.
Or, I could just get a degree at the good ol' University of Guadalajara and hope for the best. Hmph!
