
I broke my record today. Not that it's that hard to do. I like how I feel when my work out is finished. Not so pleasant was the realization that I probably didn't weight properly last Thursday. Today's reading showed me at 87.25kg. Only .25kg down from last week. There are three possibilities here. I didn't realize there were two arrows to line up when using the scale last week, so last week's reading might not have been correct. OR, I only lost .25kg, which isn't likely since the electronic scale at home says I lost 2 pounds. OR, since everyone uses the scale at the gym, it could need a calibration. Who knows. It wasn't very encouraging today, but I'm going to keep at it.
