OH - I and did you catch Couric's interview with Palin!? It was like watching the perky cheerleader interview the clueless prom queen for the high school paper.

I've been shocked and stumped since yesterday over this and I'm not even voting for the guy. More importantly - he's not needed in Washington until it's time for the Senate to vote! He's not part of the Senate Banking Committee that's working out the details! He's not the President yet - STAY OUT OF IT. Urge for bipartisanship, stay abreast of the situation, but STAY OUT unless they ask for your help! What the F!?

Anyway I DID finally manage to get my mother to stop nagging me about my relationships. Mainly because I stopped telling her about them all together and never mention them unless they are still around after 3 months. Makes life easier. I also had to put my foot down and end conversations that start to deteriorate. It frustrates the hell out of Mom, but I'm one who really needs a lot of space around issues so I can figure them out with as little anxiety as possible.

However - that doesn't always work with mothers.

I'm curious as to which building you were talking to as I was looking at the same property management company when it looked like I may move to DC -- HA! Anyway...I've noticed in my experience that you HAVE to call directly and ask if that particular building has breed/weight restrictions as the buildings tend to vary in what they accept. If you don't ask they won't tell you.
