Gotta argue your point here my friend - I think when we "slow down" - We die.
You might be overdoing a little with sore leg, but staying active is wonderful... I plan to be active well into my 90's - (My Grandma died about a month ago, she was 95. She was still planting her Garden's... Walking daily...) Take care and let the leg heal, then keep on, keeping on!!
These are tough times... Sometimes it's hard to keep up with that "positive" attitude - And I am an extremely positive person... At least you are still making an effort -
