Thank You,rachel Ray

This afternoon I put together of my version and Rachel Ray.
I liked her the way that she handle it.
Not going to do the recipe, but you will get the idea.
12"frying pan,sauteed onion,garlic.
Then for us 1/2 pound of lean hamburg.
Sauteed the hamburg till it is brown.
Then open up a can of stewed tomatoes.
Pour the can in the hamburg and mashed the tomatoes.
As you will get more sauce this way.
While doing this, cook some elbow macaroni.
For us 7 oz.
While this is cooking, continued with the hamburg that is heating there.
We have so many option here.

You can put kidney beans, green pepper, cheese etc.
Get the picture/
Then I mix the hamburg and the macaroni in a bowl.
Put a lot of Parmesan cheese.
Then put it in casserole dish.
Then when ready for dinner, baked in a 375 degree oven.
Thirty min.or so,maybe less.
Remember when cooking the elbow do not over do it.
Just enough texture and it will cook more once in the oven.
Also, low fat cheddar cheese that I sprinkle on top.
Not do sprinkle but put a lot on.Yummy
Cover and bake.
Very simple to make.
I loved the idea of the stew tomatoes.
Mashed them.
Lot of you out there, must made this so many times.
Thank you Rachel Ray,loved that woman.
Learned a lot from her.
Then with it,green salad, bread if you like.
Plenty of merlot red wine.
Gee hungry all ready.
Enjoy,Chin,chin.

Sounds like souped up (not literally) hamburger goulash. I like that it has lots of cheese and is baked in the oven.
