Seems like when one is a bit off(not feeling themselves)then it sorta goes on down the line in the family.My husband has not been feeling well here in the past day or so.He doesn't know what it could be.I think he is a tad bit depressed.He was just medically retired from the military.That is bothering him i know.I wish there was something i could do for him,to help him deal with things i know he keeps to himself.I won't judge him.He should know that but yet he suffers alone.I hate it.There really is only so much i can do for him.Anyway when he or i feel out of sorts it gets to the kids.Why aren't mom and dad perky,energetic,so on and so forth.He is stretched out on the bed upstairs.He and my son have Family Reading night at 6:30 tonight and it lasts til around 8:30-9.It's long,but we have done it since Kindergarden and aren't going to stop now.So that's my day kinda.Feeling helpless right now :(
