Long day. Cold, breezy day. The trees in the front of the house are pretty. Losing there leaves of course. The windy days are hard on them. It is Thanksgiving, and they still have leaves on them. I can't believe it's already Christmas. The other day it was Halloween, and I'm preparing for presents, but now it's here and I've not bought no presents. Well that's how it happens to me I let time slip away from me..... Uugghh!! $$$

This is one of those years when Thanksgiving is relatively late - fewer weeks between it and Christmas. It's like everything is on warp speed.

I could live with leaves on the trees in November! Maybe my niece and new husband had the right idea: Leave NY for TN!
