Bad Night
Well its up and down all the time it seems its nerve racking.I need therapy then we need therapy together.This PTSD is kicking our asses as far as anger.I don't want my son to have to deal with us.But it truly does seem uncontrollable if you've read its been getting bad on my part lately.I need to try to breathe and calm down.So does my husband he just started therapy.I hope for all our sakes it works and then i can go...
