I love love love chocolate milk!!! and hot chocolate of all flavors! sometimes I put a scoop of the powered chocolate in my coffee! the best of both worlds!!
I once was dragged into a 'toy' store by my BFF. she just likes to see me get all embarassed. OMG, she had such a good time explaining things to me. I have never laughed so hard in my life!

I have never liked a hot house in winter. guess cuz my dad rarely had the heat on and when it was, it was still cold. like you, we wear sweatshirts and extra clothing. I prefer a cool bedroom at night. have you checked into a gas heater? they are amazing jon! not sure if gas is any cheaper than oil though.

kids get better fast, don't they? Kota has gotten me once or twice with the, 'I don't feel good' and by noon he is bouncing off the walls.

martin, you need a big hug! I know it won't make everything better, but at least you will know that this woman thinks you are just fantastic. I hate to hear you going through all of this. But please, if whining helps, whine away! It is better to get it out then let it sit inside. I wish I could do something to help you, it hurts to see one of my friends hurting so. Is the psychologist helping you at all or do you think you might need to switch to someone else? I believe in my heart that the 'old' Martin will return in full force! I love you my friend, and I do not say that to many.

I am glad you are following the doctor's orders. Please keep us updated on how you are doing. slowing down just a bit would be ok, for a temporary situation. Look at all you want to accomplish, thats a pretty good bucket list right there.
