aww hobbie, sounds you like you and satchel have it taken care of! alot of us are having to deal with the grinch this year. stupid green guy!

I am sorry you had to deal with that Kelli. No one deserves to be screamed at, that is for sure. I have had one customer get very upset with me but my CSM was able to calm her down and show her it was not my fault. I hope you feel better today.
