I know how you feel Jon. Losing our house made me feel like the biggest loser ever. but sometimes life just throws you curve ball after curve ball and you can't bounce back.

you make me want to go back to weight lifting. I really enjoyed the almost immediate results you could see. Although you are doing for bone strength. What about the different drugs they have out for osteo? like the one sally fields advertises? I think it that one it claims to not only slow the bone loss to help get bone density back.
