National Security Bear? JFK New Documents, More ..

Links provided to the stories, as usual for you guys...

Why is the White House appealing the decision of the court that they have to turn over information related to detainees at Gitmo. It's too much work for one. For another, this little inconvenient fact...
There are about 275 detainees at the U.S. military base at Guantanamo Bay in Cuba, which was set up in January of 2002 to handle prisoners captured by the United States following the September 11 attacks.

Most of the prisoners have been held for years without being charged and many have complained of abuse...

A National Security Bear? O.K....There is nothing much I can add to that...LOL. A couple others brought this up, but I couldn't include in my comments what it reminds me of...this...

Document suppression related to the rebuilding of Iraq. This is a must see...

Recent polls show that Obama can beat McCain, but that Hillary won't. Keep that in mind as you look at the larger picture when voting. The goal of course is no more Bush like policies, which McCain is pressing for. McCain, who sidestepped the torture issue even though he has been tortured, said he wouldn't vote for the immigration bill that HE wrote, and who said he will make these tax cuts for the wealthy permanent even though he didn't even vote for them, is becoming the king flip-flopper of this election. Hillary is also getting a bit mean attacking Obama's healthcare plan. Here are their plans spelled out regarding healthcare. Yes, her's looks more "universal" BUT, remember that poll. She may not be able to win, so it becomes a tough call.

And finally, new documents show more to the Kennedy Assassination that previously thought. You conspiracy theorists should love that one.

I leave you with words of wisdom from a hero of mine, Mike Malloy...

Don't you think that any Democrat would be able to win over any Republican this time?? Bush has left things in such a mess... He's causing losses of a lot of Republican seats in both houses, I do believe.
