I appreciate all the honest comments (and the original post). We are a small community and I am always trying to figure out what to do with MyBloggers. It is hard to compete with all the bigger sites with the "hip" young people posting pictures of themselves and telling the world how wonderful they are.
I delete around 10-15 spam posts every day. You may see them on the site, but most of the time they are deleted fairly quickly. I use Firefox as well so I do not see many issues. I am aware that the header image cannot be changed and an answer to that problem has been alluding me.
One of the issues at hand is if I make the site "more popular"...it may introduce a cast of characters that we may not want here.
I am open to thoughts and suggestions. Send me a message.

The government spends about $10,000,000,000 per DAY and does not spend any money on drilling for oil or pharmaceutical research. If the politicians would stop spending like drunken sailors and kill 50% of the government programs...this country would be much better off.
You are right, we all are getting raped...but it by all the politicians in Washington.
It is interesting how both sides thing the other is playing politics. I am in the opinion that nothing should be done because this "fictitious" date will come and go without a hiccup. Government checks will go out as usual, and we will all carry on as usual. Stand strong Boehner!
I think all Americans should pay the same tax rate regardless of income. If you make a million a year...pay 20% or so with no deductions. If you make 10,000 a year...pay 20% with no deductions. Now that is common sense!
