The warmongers find it easier to kill people if they are less than human. The USA has demonized Germans, Japanese, Russians, North Koreans, Chinese, blacks, hippies, Chicanos, Vietnamese, drug lords, organized criminals, Taliban, Al Qaeda, Iraqis and Iranians.
Now, they may concentrate on Venezuelans.
The Fascists rarely seem to bother them.
